New Library Opens in Philipsburg, PA

USDA announced yesterday on their blog, the grand opening of the new downtown location of the Holt Memorial Library in Philipsburg, PA. Rather than constructing a new library, $475,000 in Recovery grants and loans were used to renovate and make use of an old bank building downtown.

    I have visited the library and it is fantastic. Great choice of location and well set up.
