the elderly people in rhode island who have section 8 its called hud. but here there are no real hud office to help us the landlords here .make life for the elderly hell like wickford village in north kingstown ri were the maintence man steal from the elderly and are nasty. the owner of this place don t care about the people lveing here just money its sick and dept of houseing do nothing to help them they come in the apartments anytime they want this is wrong. they don t have much time to live . they are old and sick and some have disablys
