Project Spotlight – Route 104 Improvements

Award Amount: $4,782,469

The recipient reported that these Recovery funds would be used to:

      • Repave over 2 miles of asphalt roadway;
      • Replace culverts and pipes along the roadway to prevent flooding;
      • Install pedestrian signage and new road signs;
      • And paint new yellow and white pavement striping.
